The second survey added more branches to capture how different people valued smart walls.

Excel could still store every response, but the growing number of conditional paths made a flat export difficult to navigate. A separate question-and-rule map would make each route easier to reconstruct, filter, and verify.

Proposed companion tool

Building a survey navigation tool.

Even a 405-row survey export would be easy to store, pivot, and summarize in Excel. The harder problem was reconstructing which questions, answer options, and display rules belonged to each route. The proposed companion tool would normalize those relationships in SQLite, then use JavaScript to reveal one respondent path at a time.
